Delivery of results
General summary – a general summary of results, that precludes identifying individual participants, available to all, will provide industry intelligence:
- Covering industry trends
- Summarising performance by different criteria
- Identifying key gaps in general industry performance
Individual summary – distributed to each participant individually, where only the individual participant’s own company is identifiable, will provide specific performance review against unidentified fellow participants:
- Highlighting individual performance
- Ranking across different criteria compared to other unidentified participants
- Provides more critical review of position against competitors
- Creates basis for development of strategic improvement plans
